Buy & Sell Holiday Scheme

Our employees enjoy the flexibility of managing their annual entitlements. We provide you with the ability to either top up your annual entitlement up to a maximum of 30 days (excluding public holidays) or alternatively you can sell some of the days that you don’t need and benefit from the additional cash in your monthly salary.    


If you are under the age of 65 at your first pay date you will automatically be enrolled into the workplace pension scheme. We will match employee contributions up to 7%.

Our EAP is provided by Health Assured. It  offers a 24/7 confidential helpline giving access to confidential specialist information and expert advice on a wide range of topics, including legal, family, health, housing, finance. Health Assured also provides a suite of wellbeing services accessible through the Health Assured website or via the ‘My Healthy Advantage’ smartphone app.
