About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Complaint Resolution Specialist who shares our passion and commitment to providing a friendly personal service to our customers.

Working from you own home, you'll join our Customer Experience Team and will take ownership of your own caseload of complaints, bringing them to a prompt and fair conclusion, and essentially playing a key role in delivering the right outcome for our customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of complaints received by telephone, writing, live chat and social media channels
  • Responsible for providing an appropriate first response, investigation and resolution.
  • Ensure complaints are dealt with in accordance with DISP regulations
  • Ensure the customers’ journey exceeds their expectations and are provided with correct customer outcome
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify repeat issues and provide recommendations for customer focused improvements.
  • Provide guidance/support to Operations on Complaint Handling
  • Embrace and implement a culture that places the customer at the heart of all decision processes (TCF)

About You

  • Knowledge of the complaint’s procedure
  • Experience of complaint resolution and root cause analysis within the financial services sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focussed approach
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel packages
