About The Role

We’re looking for an self-motivated and professional Administrator to join our friendly team. 

Working remotely from your own home, you'll take ownership for a broad range of responsibilities and will be faced with interesting cases and challenges on a daily basis. You'll deal with the accounts of customers who have fallen behind with their repayments and are seeking debt advice/debt. A big part of your role will involve working directly with third party debt management companies regarding customer accounts. In addition, where vulnerable customers are identified, you will support the administration of these accounts and decide on the best course of action. You'll find a variety of other administration duties including administering deceased customer accounts  and managing Data Subject Access Requests. You'll get to spend much of your day working independently on customer accounts whilst also contributing to discussions with your team.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with debt solutions providers and insolvency practitioners to optimise recoveries 
  • Ensure all debt recovery work is completed within SLAs
  • Handle and resolve customer account queries
  • Recognise signs of vulnerable customers and handles accordingly
  • Processing of DSAR and CCA requests
  • Register SARF & Complaints 
  • Adhere to company Fair Collections, Policy and SOP
  • Embrace & implement a culture that places the customer at the heart of all decision processes. (TCF)

About You

We’re looking for people orientated individuals with excellent customer service and rapport building skills. You'll have previous financial recoveries experience and experience of liaising with Debt Management Companies & Debt Collection Agencies. 

We're interested in people with great written and verbal communications skills, who are passionate about making an impact and delivering first class customer service and understand the importance of putting customers first.
