Morses Club is a relationship-driven consumer finance provider. Or to put it another way – we’re a business that’s all about people. We aim to meet the real need for responsible lending in the community; particularly for customers with a complex credit history.

As the largest home collected credit provider in the UK, we champion putting customers and our people first. We believe that delivering to our customers in central to everyone’s role in Morses Club.

Strategy – To offer customers our full range of financial products, focusing on what customers want. Our size enables us to be agile and flexible to enable us to respond to the changing needs of customers.

All our people complete regulatory training every month. We encourage our managers can engage in an Institute of Leadership and Management self-learning programme (which can lead to a degree level qualification). We also support professional development and encourage experiences that will build your potential, enable you to grow in your field and develop you career.

Our work is varied and challenging. We’re a fast-moving team in an ever-changing environment, with everyone focussed on our core principle of putting customers first.
