Morses Club is a relationship-driven consumer finance provider. Or to put it another way – we’re a business that’s all about people. We aim to meet the real need for responsible lending in the community; particularly for customers with a complex credit history.

We champion putting customers and our people first. We believe that delivering to our customers is central to everyone’s role in Morses Club.

Purpose – To meet the real needs of our customers supporting them to a better financial life.

Vision – Simple, flexible credit for people who cannot typically access mainstream services.

Mission – To provide relevant credit solutions, in-person or digitally, based on understanding people’s needs and circumstances.

All our people complete regular regulatory training. We encourage our managers to engage in an Institute of Leadership and Management self-learning programme (which can lead to a degree level qualification). We also support professional development and encourage experiences that will build your potential, enable you to grow in your field and develop your career.

Our work is varied and challenging. We’re a fast-moving team in an ever-changing environment, with everyone focussed on our core principle of putting customers first.
